Bed and breakfast policy ​

• At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.  Once the deposit has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent. If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  The balance in cash must be paid on the day of arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking will be due.

• We apply a 2 night minimum stay policy.  The best prices can only be found on our website, use the book button above to save on your booking.

• Tourist Tax is included in the price

• All guests must be over 18 years old

• The entrance to this property is via stairs, so this accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

• This property is non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area in the garden.
